He has long been interested in collaborating with designers and architects and his latest works show something of the endless possibilities.
In 2014 Ben was commissioned to create a carving of the Bacardi Bombay Sapphire Gin logo of Queen Victoria. This has formed part of the reinvention of the Laverstock Mill site in Hampshire by the world famous Thomas Heatherwick studios.
Ben's latest project is for the Two Rivers Wines vineyard in New South Wales, Australia. The work is very much site specific in its nature, incorporating more than 28 tonnes of stone sourced from the vineyard. The work entitled 'Custodians of the Landscape' is a direct reference to the spectacular and ancient landscape.
